As if it were not enough that Casey Anthony has bombarded the internet with her shallow, selfish little video diary, the news from her and her camp doesn’t stop there. No, yesterday was filled with news about Casey, as was the past few weeks. We now know that there is at least one very unpopular person that is flashing dollar signs at Casey for a “tell all interview”.
Nik Richie, the founder of the website The Dirty, tells HLN’s Showbiz Tonight he is offering Casey $350,000 for a tell-all about being accused and acquitted on charges she killed her daughter Caylee.

From much of what I have read this guy may not even have that kind of money and even if he does, he is not known for the best business practices, as his site is by most accounts really all about destroying lives. So, the bottom line on that is that “IF” Casey goes for that, she will likely get burned in one way or another.
As far as the stories of her firing Baez, or him quitting before he could get fired, Geraldo saying he is moving his practice to Miami, when he is still in Orlando, blah, blah, blah……….I really don’t take much stock in what Geraldo says and even less in what Casey says or what Baez says, so it is really up for grabs, but I will say that Cheney Mason would not be a good candidate to shop her around to the media. He doesn’t get along very well with the media, so Casey would be less likely to land the deal with him than with Baez. As far as the complaint that Baez has been hamming it up and living the life with the media, instead of her getting that big interview……….Well, now, he’s been doing that for better than 3 years now. What planet has she been on? Here’s the bottom line in all of that……….The diary, the alleged leaks, the stories sold to tabloids, the rumors…..Casey wants attention and money and she wants both really bad. I find it interesting that it took OJ Simpson 11 years to write that book “If I Did It”, mocking his accusers, Casey couldn’t hold out 11 months, which means she’s a bigger narcissist than OJ. Oh yeah, she will be in trouble again. Probably sooner than anyone could have imagined. Her videos were so self-centered, like she thinks that anyone cares about her, like she thinks she is a star. SHE’S NOT!!!

It would be incredibly interesting to see Casey and Mason be against Baez, as I’m just sure that things might come to light in a war between them that they might regret. Probably not so much about the case itself, but more about the dirty connections and money that funded it. We shall see…………..
Finally we have those pesky depositions by the mental health professionals, that the defense wanted to use, but changed their minds when the State said okay, we want our own independent evaluations. You can see where the infamous opening statement by Jose Baez came from, but there were some differences. I’m going to make a few key points about those and then let you decide.
My first major point in all of this is that Casey claims that Caylee was a product of “date rape” at a party and she doesn’t know who Caylee’s father was. Casey has always had this little habit of mixing just a tiny bit of truth in to a mountain of lies, so to me the likely bit of truth is that she never knew who Caylee’s father was. I do not believe she was raped, not when she was speaking so nonchalantly about it. Just like the statement she made when “Caylee was missing” (though we know she never was), that she felt that she was okay and that she was close by. The little bit of truth was that Caylee’s remains were close by. She made that statement more than once and she based it on that feeling or connection you have as a mother. We know as those reports go on, as well as from following the case, that she was lying about her feelings as a mother.
My second major point is about her claiming that Caylee drowned and how everything happened that day. Does anyone really believe that Casey would be willing to take the rap for her father, facing the death penalty? I don’t. It just does not fit with the selfishness I see in that girl. She rambles on about believing that George murdered Caylee, that it wasn’t an accident. In reality, there is a little bit of truth in that…….Caylee was murdered, just not by George and SHE (Casey) came back and then left again with Caylee, after which SHE never saw Caylee again (substitute Casey for George), because SHE dumped her in the woods. In her own way she was telling the truth, but she substituted her father for herself. While I’m on the subject of George, I still do not believe her molestation accusations, but that is because she denied it until she concocted the drowning story, coupled with Casey’s praises of what a “great” grandfather and father George was in those jailhouse videos. I believe those stories were stories of convenience, but even if these things did happen, it is still no excuse for her actions, PERIOD. I also do not see Casey Anthony as a victim of anything, though she would love for the world to believe that. Casey is so selfish and so self-entitled that she will be in trouble again and with the desperate attempts she and her camp are making for attention and money, not letting this story die, I would say sooner, rather than later.
My third and final point (on those depositions) is simply this, Judge Perry sealed those depositions until the trial was over. The Orlando Sentinel petitioned the court to release them, after which the defense made a stink about Jeff Ashton recalling some of what was in them in his book and tried to claim privilege and violation of rights. Judge Perry unsealed them and simply said he only intended them to be sealed until the trial was over. The truth is there is nothing in those depositions that is privileged because most of what Casey said was lies and because there was actually no detailed mental evaluations in them, as she appeared normal, except for her reactions to her child at first being “missing”, later being dead and her incarceration for both. Basically the analysis came down to her lying and her attitude, neither of which are privileged.

I just got done, this morning, with Danziger’s dep. Read Weitz depo too. What I came away with iswhat I thought from the minute I heard Baez’ opening statment. That Casey is a sociopath and pathalogical liar, who once again, wil lie, lie, lie and blame others for a murder she commited, like all murderer’s do! (Nope, not me!). I always remember something George said in one of his LE depo’s..that she takes things as far as she can go…and then piles more on… Do not beleive for on second she was molested or “raped” by anyone. She needed to emellish, embellish her “victim” story. She is the teller of many tall tales. I actually burst out laughing at another BS story of her being a “photographer” at “weddings and events” to make a little money. haha. If anyone used her as a photographer for an event or wedding, we would have heard from those people! LOL! Hearing the “stories/lies” she told those 2 psychiatrists cemented my and others belief that Casey Anthony murdered her daughter, bagged her and threw Caylee in the woods like garbage and, as all murderer’s would do, blame someone else. And for her, it worked, when 12 morons bought the story. Hope they never have a good night’s sleep for the rest of their lives. And shame on the defense attorney’s for putting forth this preposterous lie!
And another thing. I understand about “family and blood”. But this nutso family shold have turned their backs on her long ago. It was said in some media story that she is in contact with Lee, who passes mesages to Cindy. Oye, vey. They are sick!
Sadly, this, I am sure, is just the beginning of hearing about this monster again. It brings up those angry feelings again.

I was waiting on you to comment on all of the recent FCA BS – thanks! So I have to tell you that I believe none of what KC put in those depositions either – for many of the same reasons that you stated. Who the f*** is that moron Weitz? Knowing that she is a professional, pathological liar, he noted that he essentially believes everything she told him – meanwhile the other dr. was so stressed about possibly having to perpetuate what he knew to be lies that he was getting physically ill.
The bottom line here is this – it is indisputable that KC is and always had been 100% about herself, every relationship she forms, every action she takes is self serving. That said, knowing that she detested her father (even full of sh** Sindy admitted this), there is no one on this earth that can convince me that she would not have pulled the molestation card when Sindy decided, after their separation, to let him move back in. With regard to the “I was date raped” – I am equally as certain that this is also a complete fabrication – when she finally had reveal that she was pregnant after having her parents convinced that she was an angelic virgin, WHY on EARTH wouldn’t she have played that card then. Not only would it NOT make her look like a promiscuous slut that didn’t know the father of her baby BUT it would have also painted her as the poor victim. The fact is that these stories are the result of having 23 hours per day in a cell for 3 years to concoct stories to try and explain her inexplicable behavior.
I still believe in Karma and I still believe that she is destined for a life that will result in meaningless, superficial relationships with people that will only want to exploit and use her or those that are just as evil as she is. Oh and can someone please tell me why she has not gone on the road in her “God Mobile” to spread the word with Robyn? Evil never has the victory, ultimately. It may win a few battles, but it always loses the war. I’m not sure what the reason is, just yet, in Casey walking, but I suspect that it could be because there was more surrounding that that needed to come to light.

I have zero respect for Dr. Ablow at this point. He’s spinning.

Hello Ladies! I was under the impression that the civil trial will not be televised the same way the murder trial was. My understanding was that they will cover it but not in its entirety, like on InSession and such. Did I miss something?
Niecey they haven’t exactly told us just how much of the civil trial will be televised but I did read (forgot where) that it would be in the same courtroom as the murder trial. April 9th has been mentioned but I noticed that Bill Shaeffer said it was to be in March so I guess we will just have to wait and see.
It has been reported that KC has paid $388 and another larger sum during the last week – this leads me to believe that they are going to shorten her probation period. She should have met with her parole officer on or before last Friday but as yet there has been no confirmation.
Mason and Fryer are stalling the appeal so that KC can continue to take the 5th – I wish the Judge would hurry up and deny this so that Morgan & Mitnik are able to subpoena her to testify.

TY for the Welcome and TY for allowing me to post my Caylee FB page here. Most other sites delete it in hopes that Casey will go away. We all wish Casey would go away but we want to keep Caylee out there in hopes that we can help other children. Things need to change. And once again CPS has failed 2 more children. The Powell children. CPS said Casey was not fit to take care of Caylee. And now 2 more children dead due to CPS. WE also have been requesting the Michelle Parker twins and the brothers of Lisa Irwin also be removed for safety reasons. I am part of the cayleeswarriors but also fight for other children’s welfare. Right now we are at a lost as to how to help these children. We send letters, emails, phone calls etc and so far no one has listened to us. If you have any more ideas please let me know. We are very deeply sorrowed about these children.

Sure, we would all love for Casey to go away, but she won’t completely until she gets in trouble again. On the one hand it is good that she is not getting the bucks and attention that she thought she would and that her camp has been dropping off. The cash cow is not paying off and she only gets offers from smutty types that wouldn’t let her get the better end of things.
I do agree with you that we need to find a way to protect the children. CPS is failing, but it is also a very good example of why the government can never be any good at running every aspect of our lives, bureaucracies get formed and then the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, system fails, while costing a fortune.
In some cases there should be better guidelines, but in others, it is clear that if someone had just enforced the laws on the books, things would have worked out differently.
It is a screwed up mess when a child can be taken away from a parent quicker due to childhood obesity, than because they (the parent or parents) are on drugs, violent or perverted. All of the focus is on fixing the parents, because it is believed that it is in the best interests of the child, but that only pans out in a small number of cases. Evil exists and until our system is willing to admit it, we are in big trouble. There are other aspects to this, but these are the main ones.
What can we do to fix it? Be careful who you vote for, from the local to federal level. People that campaign on being for the poor and less fortunate, usually are using them to get elected. Unfortunately some of the blood sucking lawyers that you see in these cases……..Is a good example of government, as it is mostly comprised of lawyers. Not all are bad, but the ideologies in most of our law schools are dangerous. It has all become a game. While there still are good attorneys in this country, there are many more bad than that. We need real people in office that are willing to listen to the people. Not the kind that tell you that they know what is best for you and you don’t. It also takes large numbers of people to get their attention.
The media has got to change and quite paying for the defense of murderers, rapists and child abusers, “licensing fees” are only one aspect, so are “anonymous benefactors”, donations of vehicles and to foundations for interviews, as well as air fare, accomadations, etc, etc.
We have a lot of work to do, but it can be done.
Public officials do not pay much attention to advocacy groups unless they are large in number, having a lot of public support and the media is in support of them, exposing the lack of cooperation.
Also, forgot to mention that media has got to become fact driven again, instead of driven by just money, ratings and ideology. If I catch media not being honest or doing dirty, I’ll post on it, especially when it comes to these cases, whether I generally like them or not. The media spins and it takes a lot of research to cut through the spin, but not all media is bad, just like the lawyers.

This is on top of at least 2 other court fines that were paid last week. Her attorneys have NEVER paid anything before the due date before (usually they have been late) so this makes me wonder if they are preparing to ask for a reduction in probation?

Casey has violated her probation over and over every month and she never gets a PV. (probation violation). She is suppose to get a job, (laughable) Go to school, (yeah right) and tell the truth at all times. Well she just told a whopper of a lie in the depo to Tim (TES). The whole time TES was looking for Caylee, Casey kept everyone thinking Caylee was truly missing. The proof is in the police interview tape where Casey said ” I feel it in my heart that Caylee is still alive”. Someone needs to seriously B slap her.
As long as everyone keeps voicing their opinions I dont think she will get the large pay out interview she is looking for. The attacks on all TV stations and magazines has kept her poor so far.
The longer this coddling of her continues, the longer the public will stay mad at her and that in turn will keep everyone boycotting any interviews etc.

Pudders, I do not want to know who you are referring to, but I will say this………With all due respect, if you want people to take you seriously on a platform for ALL children, then you might want to somehow show that in your name. Your group’s name implies that you are souly standing for Caylee. The divide on this is simply that most folks believe this case to be over, until Casey messes up again. Most folks are disgusted that she has been made into a star by getting so much attention every single time she does something and believe that she should not have that status. I, myself (and I’m sure other blog owners feel this way), have a hard time with the fact that people that say they are interested in standing for ALL children and what is right (not implying you are like this, but many are), will not give other cases that need public scrutiny a second look without Caylee’s name attached to it. The proof is when we post on other cases, they get much less attention from the same people that give this one so much attention. I would also like to suggest that you not phone and email officials every time these things happen (if that is what you are doing). What you need to do is not mess with LE, but look at the big pictures in all of these cases. Ask yourselves where the failures were and then you have your platform. Pick a cause to fight for, but you can’t just bombard officials every time a case happens. Sometimes these things happen through no fault of anyone, but the perp or perps. The decay and decline of the family and moral values in America is very much a component of why these things happen with such frequency as well. People have got to learn that we have to become actively involved in making a difference in order to change things, but sometimes making a difference is getting involved with good charities that do great work on these matters. Good laws do not always change everything, because with every good law, one dirtbag finds a way to manipulate it to do evil and then it sets precedence. Laws alone will never change what’s wrong in our society. God can and will, if people are willing to turn back to Him and stand for what is right.
Did anyone here realize that the man that kidnapped and murdered Somer Thompson was just convicted and sentenced to LIFE in prison? The system worked for that one. The only failure in that case was that a perp had the opportunity to do that, but in a FREE society, you cannot totally stop that, unless you do not want to be FREE.
As a society we cannot fix everything with laws and complaining. We have to fix what creates the monsters to start with and what enables them and realize we cannot fix everyone and everything, but we can do our best to change things and help others too.
Susan Powell’s parents created a website to raise awareness on domestic violence and abuse. I was reading there the other night and I realized, they didn’t get much support from the public on that. I find that sad. I have many links in my sidebar under “Interesting Sites That Help”, that do good work, that people should get involved in. On twitter I am following 2 doctors that have the platform of anger management and repairing the family. I came across them because Child Help was giving their links out for some of their writings. I will likely be adding their links to “Interesting Sites That Help” soon. I’m currently still reading their work. The solutions are more than just one simple one, but we have to start at the beginning. It starts with the decay and decline of the family and moral values and our country turning away from God.
The greatest thing we can do for any of these children, Caylee included is to change what creates and enables the monsters. We also have to realize that sometimes people do get accused of crimes they did not commit and if we make things so strict as to constrict the perps that are guilty, they will suffer too. We have to get to the root of the problem.

Jared Harrell plead guilty and got Life in prison, to avoid the death penalty. The system still worked on that one.

I’m always amazed at the Casey lovers, they are so scatterbrained, just like Casey. I do agree with him on a few points. She was not hacked, the media is involved and so are some of the lawyers and friends, but honestly he is even over looking his own words about all of her accounts and what she puts out there. Part 1 of Dr. Phil’s interview with G&C aired today on our Free to Air Channel 10. I paid particular attention to both of their body language whilst answering questions. Cindy was unable to look Dr. Phil in the eye whilst George appeared to seek approval from Cindy before speaking.
It has been reported that KC has been visiting her old home without George being present. If (and it’s a big IF) Cindy chooses KC over George and he leaves the house for good there is a small chance that he may eventually tell the truth – especially if either KC or Cindy go on telly putting more blame on him.
Part 2 airs tomorrow – I’ll be watching carefully!
Part 2 didn’t air – instead there was an hour about Warren Jeffs (which was quite interesting.) Looks like I will have to record every episode until they air the one I want.

Just spent the last hour and a half watching parts 2 & 3 which enforced my opinion that Cindy is an accomplished liar – her body language confirmed this. She is like an Ostrich – burying her head in the sand by refusing to believe that KC did anything wrong. All she does is cover for her by stating that the body was moved by someone else. It is obvious how KC became such an accomplished LIAR – she got that trait from her mother! I’m also certain that George NEVER molested KC and felt that it took a lot of guts to tell the world that he knows his daughter was responsible for the death of ♥Caylee♥
My theory is that during the argument that ensued on the night of Father’s Day Cindy did in fact put her hands around KC’s neck and threatened to take ♥Caylee♥ away from her. During the next 31 days Cindy was pleading with KC to let her see her granddaughter because she felt that KC was punishing her by refusing her access to ♥Caylee♥ like she had done on numerous occasions before. It is because of this that Cindy blames herself for what KC did so now she too feels exonerated for her part in what happened. On the other hand George is fully aware of his wifes anguish and has chosen to support her publicly but deep down inside he knows that his daughter is guilty. I don’t even think that he believes that KC had help – he probably just threw this in to soften his true feelings in front of his wife.
During the trial it was obvious that Cindy was perjuring herself in order that KC should be acquitted on ALL counts so that she could justify her own guilt. George’s performance on the stand was abysmal but that MAY have been due to the horrendous allegations that had been levied at him by Baez. I wonder if he thought they came solely from Baez or did he think KC had a hand in making them up?
The only redeeming feature was that Cindy was adamant that George never molested KC – it’s a pity she didn’t refuse to go along with the defense that Baez used…IMO her own guilt was greater than her love for her husband
I suspect that KC will eventually beg to come home – will Cindy choose her over George?

One thing that particularly struck me with Cindy is how nonchalant she was about the way Caylee’s remains were put in the woods. George sobbed, while Cindy didn’t shed a tear. He said no one should be treated that way, while Cindy said that is not Caylee, just her shell. Cindy Anthony only feels remorse for turning Casey in. She showed me that. I agree about the fight and to me it is clearer than ever that Caylee was just a weapon to be used to control Casey. I won’t say she didn’t love her at all, but she never could have loved her like she loved her precious Casey. For whatever reason Cindy’s only loyalty was to Casey. I am also glad she stood firm that Casey’s story about her dad was a lie, but as you said, she still played along with the defense. I understand her not wanting her daughter put to death, but she could have helped her daughter in a better way, long before it ever came to the DP as an issue. I think Cindy has known what happened to Caylee for a very long time, much longer than most give her credit for.

Interesting about Baez. I have a feeling that Casey is just not marketable. She will have her appeal heard in court, as well as the civil cases against her, but I have a feeling after that, she will fade away, because no one will give her the attention she craves. No one wants the story bad enough to pay her, knowing she will only lie. No one wants the public backlash. I don’t think we will hear about her again (after these cases are done) until she finds trouble again.

You’re welcome Jill. I have a favor to ask of you. I have written about Amanda Runyon’s case for almost 2 years now, a case of a child almost beaten to death, but she made it against all odds. The trial for the perp is set for May 7th. I have been trying all of this time to get this case the attention it needs. It has been a slow process, except when Val and Inesa helped and we did manage to make some difference. I have a new post up about her case. Her case needs more public awareness. Her grandmother Pam has been supplying us with all of the updated case information.

Julie Troitsky is a victim of international parental kidnapping. Her father Max is desperate to find Julie, so that he can be a part of her life. I have a post up about that. I don’t mind posting on the cases and issues that everyone here holds dear, but I am asking for some readership, support and a call to action for these 2 live children that our help could truly make a difference in their lives. I’m asking for you to try reading about their cases and share their information with others. Please?
The only positive difference we made in Caylee’s case, was that Caylee’s Law will actually become law in many states. There is nothing else we can do for her and she will never know the difference. If we truly want to make a difference, we have to be willing to stand up for the live children and show them that we care and that we are thankful that they didn’t become another statistic. We should be willing to stand for all children. We should always be willing to stand for what is right.
The reason that a lot of other bloggers keep quitting is because it is so hard to get people that follow Casey to follow other cases that are not “high profile”. The cases in which the children are murdered are so depressing and basically there is nothing you can do to make a difference in a child’s life in those cases. I really need to spread the word on those 2 cases. I would like this site to serve as more than just a place to vent about what is in the news. I work harder on those cases than I do on any others and yet, no one seems to care. I find it sad, because the reason I work so hard on them is because I want to help, because these kids deserve it. I cannot understand why so few people care about them. How does that make these kids feel? Their families?
I don’t want to continue this site if it is going to only be about venting about what’s in the news and that which is “high profile”. I want to continue this site if we are willing to come together and make a difference wherever we can. If we can help set precedence in cases that are not “high profile”, it will change the course of those that are at some point.

For some reason I have a very bad feeling about this – possibly because I don’t have a lot of faith in Judge Munyon – or maybe it’s because I feel that Charles Greene is equally as sneaky and slimey as Baez.
I share that apprehension with you, for the same two reasons. The only comfort I can take is that I know that Casey will put egg on their faces one day, when she finds trouble again. I feel bad for Zenaida, because Casey did steal her information from Sawgrass. She did put those lies out there. I hope Judge Munyon is not the presiding judge in the other lawsuits.

Well at least she denied the delay. Maybe there is hope yet? I thought I read that as well about the TES suit.
